Number One:

  1. 20 Jump Squats
  2. 20 Push-Ups
  3. 30 Sit-Ups
  4. 10 Burpees
  5. Repeat 3 times!

Number Two:

  1. Jog in place – 30 seconds
  2. Mountain climbers – 30 seconds
  3. Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
  4. Air Squats – 30 seconds
  5. Repeat 3 times!

Number Three:

  1. 20 bed squats
  2. 20 incline push-ups using bed
  3. 30 Sit-Ups on bed
  4. 20 dips using bed
  5. Repeat 3 times!
